BNR is established in 17th of August, 2005. From the beginning, BNR aimed to give high standard for international partners in the digital environment to cover the Iraqi Market needs with international standard. Therefore, BNR signed the contract to be the dealer of the one of the Spain Company for Notebook assembly in Iraq. At the end, BNR has been succeeded in signing the partnership contract with ETS Certiport Companies in USA.
IC3هي اختصار(Internet & Computing Core Certification)، أي (الشهادة الاساسية للحاسب والإنترنت).وهي منهج وبرنامج من شركة سرتيبورت Certiport العالمية لقياس معرفة المستخدمين بأساسيات الحاسوب والانترنت ، توفر الـ IC3توجيهات محددة للمعرفة والمهارات الضرورية ليصبح الفرد ملمّاً بأساسيات الحاسوب وبرمجياته والشبكات والانترنت. وبذلك توفر IC3مقياسا عالميا يعتمد عليه للمهارات الأساسية في الحاسوب والانترنت.
مقدمة مصطلح MOS هو اختصار لMicrosoft® Office Specialist الذى يعنى أن حامله معتمد كأخصائى فى استخدام برامج سطح المكتب من مايكروسوفت Microsoft Office فلا شك أن هذا النوع من البرامج ينتشر بين جنبات أغلب الحاسبات على مستوى العالم، بالإضافة إلى أن ما يقرب من 85% من مستخدمى الحاسبات يستخدمون إحدى برامجها إن لم يكن كلها نظرًا لما تقدمه من وسائل فعالة فى إدارة المكاتب إلكترونيًا.
و هو من أحدث البرامج التي أنتجتها شركة Certiport العالمية (الوكيل الحصري لبرامج Microsoft Office) بالتعاون مع شركة أدوبي العالمية، و يهدف هذا البرنامج الى دعم إحتياجات السوق المحلية بأفراد ذوي مهارات عالية في برامج التصميم الجرافيكي, حيث تمنحهم القدرة على العمل في بيئة مختصة بالتصميم، مما يقدم الدعم للمؤسسات و الشركات في هذا المجال وذلك بعدم اللجوء الى جهات خارجيه للتصميم مما يقلل من التكاليف ويزيد من معدل الإنتاج.
